As much as I dislike adding a complaint to this otherwise pristine and beautiful milestone journal entry page, I noticed that the WayBack Machine was not allowing me to save any web pages for more than three hours. (I am in Castro Valley tonight and it is 3AM and tried the Wi-Fi at my dad’s house as well as my mobile AT&T data with similar results. Perhaps the police (or whoever) is “punishing” me for not staying in Dublin tonight instead of going to Castro Valley because the former seems more tech friendly than the latter (but that is just my biased opinion and I do not wish to take it too seriously)). I want to assume that it is not a deliberate denial of service attack against me and that it is, instead, a result of some of the servers which run the WayBack Machine being down for maintenance. I am hoping and expecting that I will be able to use the WayBack Machine to save web pages no later than 8AM today.
